Homework
Of course, what kid doesn't hate homework? A better question, what kid doesn't hate school in general? For the most part, the chances that they like school in general is slim and none. I however do like school. The thing that I don't like, is what we learn in school. Most of the classes that we have in high school, are suppose to get us ready for real life, but thats not the case. When are we ever going to have to know our past history or other country's past history if we are going to be a mailman? How about being a journalist, and having to use the distance formula on our papers? My answer, and feel free to disagree with me, is about never. We shouldn't have to learn the in-depth things unless we wish to make a career using it, then we can go to college for that. I want to be a journalist, and i will not need half of the things I am learning in school as of now. How are we getting prepared for life after school, if we are not learning the basics in things that are going to be used in everyday life. If we want to go into higher levels of education and more in-depth, then let us make that decision on our own.

Life is Weather
What is life? Besides that one thing you wake up every morning wishing you could change the littlest things in. Life is what we strive to make perfect, even though we all know perfection is unable to be there. Life is knowing how you are, and feeling comfortable where you are. We try day after day to fix things in life that don't need fixing. Life is like the weather, you know its there, it changes from bad to good, and you plan around it. You change your mind, depending on the weather, you think depending on the weather. You mostly cant control how your life goes, things just happen and you learn to deal with them. Your life, and living are two different things. Like John Cougar says "Life goes on, long after the thrill of living is gone". This is what I truly live by. You will never begin to understand, I am not even close to fully understanding and feeling what this means. In my opinion, this means that living is a fun filled, adventurous journey that everyone takes in life, what you do while you live your life, is completely up to you. Nobody can stand in the way of how you want to live, as long as it doesn't break any rules, feel free to live. But then, you begin to settle down, maybe have a family, and what is left? Your thrill of getting up everyone morning not knowing what to expect just drifted away. Does this mean your life is over? You're still alive, breathing, and doing something in life. The thrill is gone, the excitement is gone, and know you just have your life to live. Dream, as if you'll live forever, live as if you will die today. You only get one chance to live your life to the fullest, now are you going to take hold of your life? Or are you just going to let it slip through your fingers? When the weather is bad, do you just give up on the day? Or do you schedule around it so that the weather works for you? Death, also, should not be feared, but embraced. Don't ruin living with thinking about dieing. The only people that suffer from death is the living, once you die, that's it, but the people that live fear that afterlife. People should fear death, it's a waste of LIFE.
